Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $120.

We believe premium fashion should be accessible worldwide. That’s why Grant Monaco offers free global standard shipping on orders over $120.

For orders under $120, standard shipping fees apply based on destination.
Please note: We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping options.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

  • Delays may occur due to payment issues, incomplete addresses, or peak seasonal volume

  • If delays occur, you will be notified via email

Shipping Partners

Current Warehouse Update

We are currently transitioning to a larger warehouse to better serve our growing community. During this period, some orders may experience slight delays. Once the transition is complete, product prices will increase.


Sizing Note

To help ensure the best fit, orders may include items two sizes larger by default, unless otherwise specified during checkout.


Customs, Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country

  • Calleni is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees

Cancellations

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after purchase

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun

  • If an order has already shipped, it must be returned instead


Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delivery Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Address Modifications

Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available. Split shipping is not currently supported.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us due to:

  • Refusal to pay customs fees
